Reichhaltig, malzig und schokoladig – dieser geröstete Grüntee eignet sich hervorragend für ein Tee-Latte.

Er wird aus fein gemahlenem Grüntee hergestellt – wie ein normaler Matcha – aber was diesen pulverisierten Grüntee so besonders macht, ist, dass Blatt und Stiel zuerst geröstet werden, um einen Hojicha zu erhalten. Man könnte diesen Tee auch gemahlenen Hojicha oder Hojicha-Pulver nennen.

Die Farbe ist nussig braun statt grün – und der resultierende Tee enthält deutlich weniger Koffein.
