Steeped a big pitcher this morning and drank it over ice all afternoon without a drop of sugar or honey. The fact that it holds up on its own, no additives needed, makes it my new go-to for hot days.
I’ve been brewing this black iced tea by the pitcher all week and it holds up beautifully even after a few hours in the fridge. The leaves give a clean, brisk flavor that honestly doesn’t need a drop of sweetener or lemon. It’s my new go-to for hot afternoons.
The sweetness is so well-balanced that I didn't even miss the sugar, and the loose leaves brew up a clean, deep flavor that's perfect straight over ice. This is my go-to now for hot afternoons, and it's held its quality even after a few days in the fridge.
