Smokey Tea Marmalade

The candied Seville oranges give it a bright, tangy start, and then that guava-leaf-smoked Malawi tea lingers in a way that feels like a campfire in January. I've been spooning it over warm scones and honestly, the jar's already half gone.

The smoky tea flavor comes through beautifully against the sweet orange, and it’s the most interesting thing I’ve put on toast in ages. Even the texture is perfect, thick and spoonable with little candied bits. Wish I’d bought two jars.
