Thanks to the generosity of the Jun Chiyabari Tea Garden we've managed to secure this year’s harvest of their extremely rare Himalayan Cherry Blossom.
The diaphanous flowers, though delicate, release mountains of flavour.
This pick comes from the "Rumjache" tree; as always, this is a very limited pick and won't be around for long!

The petals are so thin they practically dissolve on the tongue, and the aroma hits you before the water’s even hot. I’ve never had a tea that feels this delicate yet leaves such a lingering, floral sweetness. This year’s harvest was worth every penny.
