Een complete "Bing Cha" - een geperste pu'er-cake. Deze zeer zachte, gerijpte (shóu) pu'er-thee heeft een zachte, fluweelachtige textuur.

Deze losse blad pu'er is gemaakt van biologisch geteelde zwarte thee in 2013 - dus het is nog een jongeling - maar het heeft een rijpheid die ver voorbij zijn jaren gaat.

Ook bekend onder talloze verschillende spellingen - puer, pu'erh, puer, puerh, pu-er en pu-erh worden allemaal gebruikt.
