Raw, natural, wildflower honey from the protected nature reserves of the New Forest, Hampshire, England.
Our raw honey comes from Noble Bees - run by beekeeper Simon Noble. He only collects natural honey from his hives that are carefully placed, far from farmed land and the potential contamination of pesticides or herbicides.

The glass jar arrived intact, wrapped so carefully I almost felt bad tearing into it. This honey from the New Forest reserve has a deep, earthy sweetness that tastes exactly like the wildflowers the bees forage on, and one spoonful in my tea was enough to know it's worth every penny for a gift.
Opened the jar expecting runny honey, but this raw set is so thick it barely drips off the spoon—perfect for drizzling over toast without the mess. You can really taste the wildflower notes from the New Forest, and knowing it's harvested from protected reserves makes it feel extra special.
The deep amber color alone tells you it's the real, raw deal—nothing filtered or messed with. I've been drizzling it over plain yogurt every morning and the wildflower taste comes through beautifully. Even my gran, who's picky about honey, asked where I got it.
