The loose leaf format steeps fast and clean, so I can get a warm cup down even when I'm still shaky post-flu. It genuinely helps settle my stomach and get me back to feeling human.

After a brutal 20-mile run, my body was wrecked — this tea is the first thing that actually made me feel human again. The loose leaves are generous and fresh, and the brew tastes like a warm hug with a slightly earthy, calming finish. I’ve already restocked twice.

The blend steeps into a deep, earthy brew that’s somehow soothing without being heavy, and I’ve noticed my post-run recovery feels noticeably calmer. Took a few days to find the right steep time, but now it’s part of my evening routine.
