The aroma hit me as soon as I opened the pouch—sweet and almost honey-like, exactly what I hoped for. Steeping these hand-harvested flowers from the Tortosa hills makes a delicate, fragrant cup that’s become my evening ritual.
I usually go for black tea, but these fennel flowers made me pause—the sweet, floral aroma hits you the moment the bag opens. Hand-harvested from those Spanish hills, they brew up fragrant and surprisingly delicate, a nice change of pace for an afternoon cup.
