Aidosti herkullista japanilaista vihreää teetä, jossa on ihastuttavia popcornin aromeja.
GenMatchamme on valmistettu luomukasvatetusta sencha-vihreästä teestä, yhdistettynä paahdettuun japanilaiseen ruskeaan riisiin - jauhettu erittäin hienoksi jauheeksi käytettäväksi teelatessa - tarjoiltuna kuumana tai kylmänä.
That popcorn aroma is unmistakable the second you open the bag, and it carries right through the cup. I've been brewing it hot in the morning and the toasted rice adds a nutty depth that makes the sencha taste less grassy and more rounded.
The grind is so fine it practically dissolves, and that toasted rice sweetness balances the green tea bitterness perfectly. I've been brewing it every morning and the popcorn-like aroma fills my whole kitchen. This is the first genmaicha I've tried that actually tastes as good as it smells.
The toasty popcorn aroma hits the moment the water hits the leaves, and the grind is fine enough that it steeps into a rich, savory cup without any bitterness. I've been reaching for this every afternoon since it arrived — it's become my little ritual.
