The dry leaves have this lovely, almost buttery aroma that turns into a smooth cup with a hint of sweetness on the finish. I appreciate that it feels like a real craft product, not something mass-produced — you can tell it’s hand harvested the moment you brew it.

The hand-harvesting really comes through in the cup—each steep unfolds a new layer, and the leaves hold their character for three infusions easily. I've been brewing it as my afternoon reset and it's genuinely become the ritual I look forward to.

The leaves are so finely crafted that each brew tastes like a quiet art project, and they keep unfurling for a solid three steeps. I’ve already got my second bag on the way, it’s that good.
