이 잎차는 2013년에 유기농으로 재배된 홍차로 만들어졌습니다. 그래서 아직 어린 차이지만, 나이를 훨씬 뛰어넘는 성숙함을 지니고 있습니다.
또한 다양한 철자로 알려져 있습니다 - puer, pu'erh, puer, puerh, pu-er, pu-erh 등이 모두 사용됩니다.
I was skeptical about the whole pressed cake thing, but it breaks apart easily with a knife and the velvety texture really comes through in the first steep. I've been brewing it for a few evenings now and the mellow sweetness keeps pulling me back for another cup.
The 2013 pressing is beautifully mellow—first steep was already velvety, no harsh bite at all. I've been brewing it gongfu style and the texture just coats the mouth, exactly what I hoped for from a ripe pu'er.
