The liquor is so clear and bright, you can taste the freshness of that April full moon pluck in every sip. Knowing it's crafted by 60 families working together makes it feel special, and the aroma alone is worth the price.
The liquor comes out a brilliant pale gold, and it's got that grassy, almost muscatel sweetness you only get from a first flush. Knowing it’s from sixty small family farms adds a nice layer to every cup.
Opened a bag this morning and the aroma hit me right away—bright, almost grassy, with that fresh spring bite. Brewed it a bit lighter than usual and the liquor turned out a soft gold, clean and refreshing without any bitterness. You can really taste the care that went into the April pluck.
