頂級有機抹茶，來自日本鹿兒島縣。
僅選用「早綠」品種的嫩芽，茶園在採收前二十至四十天進行遮蔭，使茶葉富含更多的L-茶氨酸和葉綠素。採摘後（僅取最年輕、最優質的葉片）隨即蒸製以停止氧化，再進行乾燥。製成的產品稱為「碾茶」（字面意思為「研磨用茶」）。
這珍貴的碾茶接著去葉脈、去梗，並以傳統陶瓷石磨研磨成細粉。這般細緻的工藝造就了風味深邃濃郁的茶。
這是適合刷茶（點茶）的儀式級抹茶；我們建議以水沖泡而非牛奶，以充分感受其深邃的風味。
