Un oolong ambré et lumineux, riche en GABA (acide gamma-aminobutyrique), provenant des montagnes détrempées par la mousson de Pinglin, à Taïwan. On pourrait comparer ce thé à un fin whisky de malt qui aurait reposé tranquillement dans des fûts de sherry. Un arôme lumineux sur une saveur profonde.
